Nexades provides:

• Custom website development
• Shopify development
• AI automation

The exact scope of each project is determined by the agreed project requirements, quotation, proposal, or statement of work.

Website development pricing depends on the complexity, functionality, design requirements, integrations, and overall scope of the project.

AI automation projects generally start from approximately $999, with final pricing determined by the requirements and complexity of the automation system.

Our standard payment structure is:

• 50% upfront
• 50% upon project completion

The project may begin after the required upfront payment has been received.

For larger or specific projects, alternative payment arrangements may be agreed upon in writing.

The agreed project scope defines what is included in the project.

Requests that significantly change the original scope may require additional development time and additional payment.

Clients are responsible for providing the information, content, assets, access, approvals, and feedback required to complete their project.

Clients must ensure that any information or material supplied to Nexades is accurate and that they have the necessary rights to use it.

If a client does not provide required information, content, access, approvals, feedback, or payments within a reasonable timeframe, Nexades may place the project on hold.

A project placed on hold may have its original delivery timeline adjusted.

Website projects include up to 5 rounds of revisions within the agreed project scope.

Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Hosting is not included as a standard part of website development.

Clients are responsible for their hosting costs unless a separate hosting arrangement has been agreed.

Domain registration is not included as a standard Nexades service.

Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own domain unless otherwise agreed.

Basic SEO is included within website development where applicable.

Advanced SEO strategies, ongoing SEO management, link building, content strategies, and other advanced search services are not included unless separately agreed.

Nexades does not provide standard copywriting, content creation, logo design, or branding services.

Clients are responsible for providing required content and branding assets unless otherwise agreed.

AI automation projects may involve third-party AI models, APIs, automation platforms, CRM systems, communication platforms, and other external technologies.

The final functionality of an automation system may depend on the availability, pricing, policies, API limitations, and performance of these third-party services.

Third-party services may include, but are not limited to:

• Shopify
• AI providers
• CRM platforms
• Payment providers
• Hosting providers
• APIs
• Communication platforms
• Other software required for project functionality

Nexades is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, API changes, service interruptions, policy changes, or discontinued services.

After the project has been completed and all agreed payments have been received, the client owns the completed website and relevant project assets included within the agreed project scope.

Third-party software, platforms, APIs, subscriptions, licenses, and services remain subject to their respective owners' terms and licensing conditions.

Nexades aims to remain a long-term technical support partner for clients.

Ongoing support, maintenance, additional development, and other post-launch services may be charged separately depending on the requirements.

Nexades may pause or terminate a project where:

• Required payments are not made
• The client repeatedly fails to provide required information
• The client fails to provide required approvals or access
• The client materially changes the project scope without agreement
• The project becomes unreasonable or technically impossible to continue
• The services are misused
• The client engages in unlawful activity through the project

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, data, trademarks, software, or other materials supplied to Nexades can legally be used for the project.

Nexades cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or performance of third-party services used in a website or automation system.

Nexades will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects according to the agreed scope.

However, Nexades is not responsible for losses caused by third-party service failures, client-provided information, unauthorized modifications, hosting issues, external security incidents, platform changes, or circumstances outside Nexades' reasonable control.

Nexades may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
